  • We do not store your master passphrase. If you lose it, we cannot recover your encrypted items.

  • Documents and contacts are stored securely and only accessible by you when logged in.

  • We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

  • Your information is retained as long as your subscription is active.

  • If your payment stops, your documents are retained for 40 days before permanent deletion.

  • You may delete items manually at any time.
